RingGo, the UK’s no.1 phone parking solution, has today become the first of the PARK NOW family to launch the new #appiness campaign, after the creation of the historic NOW Mobility Services joint-venture between BMW and Daimler.
The major new consumer advertising campaign begins in London today and promotes the ease of parking cashlessly, along with the benefits of topping up remotely.
The #appiness campaign is launching first in the UK across key out of home locations, as well as radio, digital and social media channels.

Over recent years, many London Councils have taken steps to increase cashless parking usage as they realise the benefits of digital over coins. Removing machines or making phone parking cheaper than cash, reduces the costs of equipment, collections, processing and banking, plus losses due to vandalism and theft: the latter frequently costing Councils hundreds of thousands of pounds each year.
The new PARK NOW creative supports the strategy of transferring payments to digital, generating even greater take-up amongst Councils still in the process of reducing machine fleets.
The campaign, developed in conjunction with PARK NOW’s newly appointed advertising agency, Accenture Interactive, features the benefits of cashless over cash, together with bold parking imagery and contrasting colours, designed to attract attention as motorists drive or walk through the City.

RingGo is the first parking solution within the worldwide group to feature the new #appiness creative. Our sister service, PARK NOW, which is offered in France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland, will feature the campaign over coming months.
