Tonbridge and Malling Goes Cashless with RingGo
From 19 July 2021, phone parking across Tonbridge and Malling District Council is changing to RingGo’s buy time service.
Motorists that are not already registered with RingGo will need to provide their details to the new service.
You can do this either by downloading the RingGo app online from your relevant smartphone store (free to download) or at staging.ringgo.co.uk. This can be done at any time in the run up to the transfer and will make your first use of the new service much quicker and easier.
Alternatively, you can wait until the new service is live and call 01732 550 110 at the time you wish to park.
The change is being introduced to improve service to motorists, by providing access to the most widespread cashless parking solution across the UK. RingGo has over 18 million registered motorists within its database and is offered in more than 450 towns and cities across the UK.
Please note that RingGo buy time operates differently from Parkmobile in that there is no longer any need to stop your parking. Instead the service operates in the same way as pay and display machines, in that you buy the time that you need in advance.
Payments are charged at the time of booking rather than through a monthly invoice.
